Overview：

Jinshanling is a section of the Great Wall of China located in the mountainous area in Luanping County, 145 km northeast of Beijing. This section of the wall is connected with the Simatai section to the east. Some distance to the west lies the Mutianyu section. Jinshanling section of the wall was built from 1570 CE during the Ming Dynasty. Jinshanling Wall is my favourite one in my 10 years working experience.

3 options to visit Jinshanling Wall

A: Hiking from Jinshanling to Simatai west.(8 kms)

B: Hiking from Gubeikou to Jinshanling Wall.(10 kms)

C: Jinshanling Wall.(3 kms)

4 options available Price for per sedan car, 4 seats, 2014 model. not one person

Option A: ,private vehicles with English speaking driver.

This is option is for well experience traveller.

This driver will show you ticket office and speak basic English and wait you at parking lot.

Option B: English speaking tour Guide with private vehicles, the guide will escort with you hiking on Great Wall.

I would recommend this option if you are the first time in Beijing to visit great Wall.

Option C: , private vehicles(Honda Fit or similar economy car) with Chinese speaking driver.

This is option is for tourist who limited budget.

Itinerary:

Pick up at 7:30 am in your hotel lobby.（Recommend）

Visit Wall 9:30-1:30 pm

Lunch time1:30-2 pm (Optional)

Drop you off at hotel about 4:30 pm

Includes: driver/guide fee with car, gas, highway tolls and parking.

Exclude: entrance fees, meals, other refreshments and gratuities. please give cash to driver to buy entrance tickets to save time.

The tour is in 9 hours, extra 80 RMB per hour after 8 hours.

2 hours (150 KM) ride from Beijing downtown to Jinshanling Wall one way.
